Orangery, Walsall
Two storey extension, Knowle, Solihull
Extension on a house in Knowle, Solihull. This was a 2 storey extension which included a beautiful new kitchen seating area and play room, downstairs toilet, office, utility, garage, two new bedrooms and an ensuite. All of which was completed by Powis Ltd.

We carried out a single storey extension to the rear of the property to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This included a utility and downstairs toilet with stairs and landing reconfiguration. We also landscaped the garden to include a patio area accessed through the bifold doors with a path to the end of the garden with a further patio area for seating.

We recently provided a refurbishment on a private home in Leicester. This included redecorating throughout the entire property with new decorative lighting in bedroom and lounge.
We also refurbished the en-suite in the style of a modern, sophistocated hotel suite including bespoke cabinets and vanity unit.
Full bathroom refurbishment carried out in Birmingham including plastering tiling and fitting.

Single storey extension, Shirley
We carried out a rear single storey extension on the property in Shirley to create an open plan kitchen dinner living area complete with bifold doors to an outside decking space. In addition to this we created an additional utility area and downstairs toilet.

House refurbishment, Solihull
On this property we carried out a single story extension to the rear and side of the property, creating a kitchen diner, study, downstairs toilet and utility, complete with bifold onto a patio area. We also reconfigured most of the house including creating a cinema room, a bathroom, shower room and bedroom upstairs and adding a new bay into the bedroom.

Barn Conversion, Bubbenhall
Our clients asked for the existing raw barn used for parking to become an extension of their home. We did this by creating an entrance with large hallway joining both buildings together and converting the existing barn structure into a beautiful kitchen living area. We were able to keep and restore the natural beams and create lighting to enhance these wonderful old features of the building.
Features also included galvanised steel guttering and bespoke oak steps up to hallway with lighting.
