Adam's Restaurant, Birmingham
POWIS Ltd provided the full refurbishment for Michelin starred chef Adam Stokes, in Birmingham city centre. The restaurant, named 'Adam's' is the first venture for Adam and Natasha Stokes since previously running a Michelin starred restaurant in Scotland.
The work was carried out within a short space of only four weeks, turning the restaurant around from an empty shell into a modern sophisticated space. POWIS Ltd provided everything from initial strip out to providing specialist contractors as well as project managing the entire project.

The Pie Emporium, Oxford
The Pie Emporium in Oxford consisted of a new casual dining pie restaurant set in a Grade I listed building.
POWIS Ltd provided full project management and refurbishment of the restaurant, starting from bare and building up this unusual and vibrant setting. The Pie Emporium is situated in Golden Cross and set within a Grade I listed old coaching Inn, which in itself created challenges. This meant that many of the interior features had to be carefully preserved during the refurbishment.

The Bay Tree, Derbyshire
The Bay Tree is a sophistocated restaurant which has been in Melbourne, Derbyshire for 26 years, providing new world cuisine and fine dining.
We project managed and refurbished the restaurant's entire front of house to give it a modern update. This involved adding a new bar into the restaurant made bespoke by our carpenter.

Bodega, Worcester
POWIS Ltd worked closely with Bitter n Twisted Venues on their latest Bodega restuarant in Worcester. We worked closely with the client to provide full refurbishment of the building in order to turn it into a vibrant, fresh atmosphere for dining or a few cocktails. We did this by combining the raw character of existing brickwork with a vibrant, exicitng colour scheme. We were pleased to also provide bespoke lighting for the client to add to the look and feel of the restuarant.

Yakinori Noodle and Sushi Bar, Grand Central, Birmingham
POWIS Ltd were delighted to carry out works for the new Yakinori Noodle and Sushi Bar in the stunning new Grand Central, Birmingham. As we had carried out works for the first Yakinori project in Sellyoak, which went down a storm, we were really looking forward to creating this bright vibrant site for the new restuarant. We provided full refurbishment and project management of the restaurant from design phase to completion.
